Merchandise Return Policy
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA Number) issued by Grand Coffees of Texas, LLC dba Dunn Bros Coffee in order to be processed.

RA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issuance.
Unless an item is defective, all returns must be shipped pre-paid within 15 days from date of shipment, in new, unused condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
In the event of our error, we will correct the order, including shipping.
Items damaged due to shipping company mishandling are subject to shipping company freight claims policy.
We cannot accept returns on items with the following conditions:
Any item that has been exposed to water, or used in any way.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Any Item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
